Dennis Leeflang is a Dutch drummer living in the states now for many years first in NY and now LA. We met 10 or so years ago in Seattle while he was touring with Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal and stayed in touch through social media. Dennis is another resourceful musician who has found a way to make Covid-era life actually work for him by continuing to record drums for many folks who are using their time effectively. I admire drummers who indulge this pursuit more than other musicians perhaps because tracking drums is a much more nuanced thing than any other instrument. Anyway, he's great at it and if you're not following him and hitting him up to do work for your recordings you're really missing out. I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as I did!
